Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. Additional shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your order within 7 - 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bagrublockhouse.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns 

We do not offer refunds on ‘change of mind’ purchases, however we are happy to offer a credit note. Please email support@bagrublockhouse.com.au with any queries. 

Faulty Items

Due to the nature of the printing process, we believe small imperfections/slight colour variations add to the charm of the product and are not considered faults. 
If you believe your item is faulty however, we are happy to help! Simply email a photograph/s of the fault to support@bagrublockhouse.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order for our team to assess. 
In the event the item is deemed faulty, you will have the option of exchanging your item or receiving a full refund.
All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and sent back in its original packaging with tags intact. 
We recommend that you use a registered shipping method so that you can track your order as Bagru Block House will not be liable for any item/s lost in transit. 

Cancellations

Once an order has been made, this cannot be cancelled so please take care when making your selection.

Promotional Codes

Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or offer.
